Veterinary Assistant

  Blake started as a volunteer in February of 2019 and later joined the ACVC team as a Veterinary Assistant in the summer of 2019. Currently a senior at MSU obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences/Pre-Veterinary Medicine. He hopes to attend Veterinary School in the next cycle with the intention of obtaining a DVM degree.

  Blake says his favorite part about working at ACVC is the ability to see patients regain health due to team efforts, and having the capacity to learn something new every single day. He has several hairless cats (Octavia, Aerial, Olive, Bogie, Kimberly, DeeDee, Jackson & Persephone) and one dog, Tico.

  In his spare time, Blake enjoys reading, traveling, kayaking, and learning about other cultures and languages.

Veterinary Technician

  Michele is a Veterinary Technician and self-described jack-of-all-trades from surgical and medical assistance to client education to handling inventory. She has been with the hospital since 2005 and finds that her favorite part of the job is helping the patients reunite with their owners after successful procedures.

  She said that happy parents and patients excited to see each other makes this job awesome! Her fur family consists of three dogs, Coolio, Squidward and Leo and several active cats that were all rescues. She is also the proud Aunt to 4 dogs, two cats, a pony and a horse.

  When she is away from the hospital, Michele enjoys watching football, Nascar and basketball games, going on adventures, hunting and spending time with her husband, Stub, family and friends.

Veterinary Technician

  Raelinn joined the ACVC team in June of 2017. She enjoys getting to help all animals and learning new things along the way.

  Raelinn has several animals of her own, two dogs, Waylon and Cash, three cats, Dolly, Loretta, and Patsy, and runs a cattle farm with her husband, Billy, and son Silas.

  Jessica joined ACVC in August 2021, after being a stay at home mom for 15 years. She loves making people smile and getting to know the clients and their pets. She is a mom to 2 wonderful boys and loves watching them play football and baseball. When not busy up front she enjoys helping the girls in the back as she can.
